What to expect

  • Lime dressing with a chilli kick

About this dish

Glass noodles with beef, prawns, tomato, red onion and coriander in a dressing of lime, fish sauce and chilli. Bright, savoury and tangy, this is a different kind of meal from the warm stews in the range. Prepare it with cold water as directed, then add the separate lime sachet at the finishing step.

How to prepare

Remove the oxygen absorber and set the edible lime sachet aside. Add 340 ml of cold drinking water, stir, close and leave for 15 minutes. Stir in the lime sachet after rehydration, then enjoy as directed. A warm-water alternative uses 60–70 °C for 5 minutes; do not use boiling water.
