These terms govern purchases on this website. Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (consumer protection, TRLGDCU) and Law 34/2002 (LSSI) apply.

2. Products and food information
Every product page shows, above the buy button, the name, ingredients with allergens highlighted, net weight, nutrition information, preparation, storage and origin (Regulation (EU) 1169/2011). Photos are for guidance; the label is binding.
3. Prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT (IVA, 10 %). Shipping costs are shown separately before payment and depend on the delivery zone (see shipping).
4. Order and contract
The contract is concluded in Spanish, English or German, depending on the site language you use. The order is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email after payment. We keep the electronic order record and email you a copy.
5. Payment
Card, Bizum, Apple Pay, Google Pay and SEPA direct debit, processed by Stripe. You are charged when the order is confirmed.
6. Delivery
We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the EU countries listed on the shipping page. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside the EU. Typical time: [plazo península] working days in mainland Spain and [plazo UE] working days to the rest of the EU. The legal maximum is 30 calendar days.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving reasons, as long as the products are returned unopened with the seal intact.
Exception: there is no right of withdrawal for bags you have opened or whose seal was broken after delivery, because they are food that cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons (Art. 103(e) TRLGDCU).
To withdraw, use the withdrawal form on your order page (the link is in the confirmation email; if you do not have it, ask for it here), email [email] or use the model form below. We refund the amount paid, including standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving your notice; we may withhold the refund until we receive the products. Return shipping is at your cost.

8. Damaged or wrong products
If a parcel arrives damaged, a bag arrives open or you receive the wrong product, email photos to [email] within 48 hours of delivery. We send a replacement or refund you at no cost. This does not limit your statutory warranty rights (Art. 114 ff. TRLGDCU).
9. Complaints

10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction and you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
