Questions
Do I add water?
No. Sweets are eaten as they are: dry, light and crunchy.
How long do they keep?
12 months sealed. Damp air softens them, so once a bag is open, close the zip after every handful and finish it within 7 days.
Where are the ingredients and allergens?
On each product page, above the buy button, and on the bag. The label copies the full declaration of the source sweet and adds the treatment, and a sweet goes on sale only once that list is published.
Why are they so light?
Freeze-drying takes out the water and leaves the sugar. A 50 g bag looks like a lot by volume, so treat it as a bag of sweets, not a snack bar.
