An evening off from cooking
About this pouch
Round rice cooked slowly with boletus, white wine, onion and garlic, then finished with cured sheep's cheese and parsley until it's creamy and deep with mushroom. It's the one main that takes hot water and nothing else: the cheese and the rice need the heat to turn creamy again, so cold water isn't an option. Make it on the evening you've decided not to cook, with a kettle and a spoon. It's cooked first, then freeze-dried whole, cheese included. Water at 80–100 °C, 8 minutes with the zip closed, a good stir, and it's risotto.
