Mango in a bowl; serving suggestionServing suggestion.

Freeze-dried fruit · No. 05

Mango

Ripe-mango sweetness with a crunch that melts.

  • Ready to eat
  • Keeps 12 months sealed

What to expect

  • Mango, nothing else
  • Sweet, tropical and tangy
  • Straight from the bag

Flavour & texture

Sweet and tropical, with the tang of a ripe mango right at the end. The flesh is cut from the stone in slices and freeze-dried with nothing added, so each piece snaps first and then melts like the fruit itself. Eat it from the bag, chop it over yoghurt or porridge, or take a handful to the beach.

How to prepare

Ready to enjoy straight from the bag. Do not add water. Reseal after serving and follow the storage instructions.

A few useful answers

What's in the bag?
Mango, and nothing else.
Which bag should I choose?
The small bag fits a pocket or a lunchbox; the larger one is for sharing or the breakfast table.
Why does it go soft once the bag is open?
Mango is very sweet, and freeze-dried fruit pulls moisture from the air. Close the bag tightly after each handful and it stays crisp for longer.

Pineapple — Sweet with a sharp edge, and a crunch that melts away.
