Pineapple

Sweet with a sharp edge, and a crunch that melts away.

  • Ready to eat
  • Keeps 12 months sealed

What to expect

  • Pineapple, nothing else
  • Sweet with a sharp edge
  • Straight from the bag

Flavour & texture

The bright, sharp sweetness of a ripe pineapple, in a piece that crunches and then dissolves on your tongue. Pineapple is peeled, cored, cut into chunks and freeze-dried with nothing added. Eat it from the bag on a hot afternoon, scatter it over yoghurt or cereal, or put the bag in the middle of the terrace table and let everyone dig in.

How to prepare

Ready to enjoy straight from the bag. Do not add water. Reseal after serving and follow the storage instructions.

A few useful answers

What's in the bag?
Pineapple, and nothing else.
Which bag should I choose?
The small bag fits a pocket or a lunchbox; the larger one is for sharing or the breakfast table.
Why do the pieces turn sticky once the bag is open?
Pineapple is sweet, and freeze-dried fruit pulls moisture from the air. Close the bag tightly after each handful and the pieces stay crisp for longer.
