Where we deliver
Standard orders are available for mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and supported European Union destinations. We do not currently deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores, Madeira, the French overseas territories, Åland or outside the EU, including the UK and Switzerland.

The charge for your address is shown before payment. Any free-delivery threshold applies to the qualifying order total shown at checkout.
Dispatch and delivery
Once your order is dispatched, we email the tracking details. Find your order with the email address used at checkout.
Subscription deliveries
Subscriptions currently serve mainland Spain. See the selected plan for the delivery charge and recurring total; one-off delivery thresholds do not apply to an included subscription delivery.
When your parcel arrives
Check the parcel and pouches. If an item is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and useful photos. Do not use food from a damaged or compromised pouch.
