Strawberries

A sweet-tart crunch that melts on your tongue.

Ready to eat

What to expect

  • Strawberries, nothing else
  • Sweet-tart, crisp, then melting
  • Straight from the bag

Flavour & texture

Sweet-tart, crisp at first, then it melts on your tongue. Hulled strawberries, halved or sliced and freeze-dried with nothing added, keep their colour and their sharp edge. Eat them from the bag, scatter them over yoghurt or cereal, or crush a handful over your porridge.

How to prepare

Ready to enjoy straight from the bag. Do not add water. Reseal after serving and follow the storage instructions.

A few useful answers

What's in the bag?
Strawberries, and nothing else.
Which bag should I choose?
The small bag fits a pocket or a lunchbox; the larger one is for sharing or the breakfast table.
Why do they go soft once the bag is open?
Freeze-dried strawberries pull moisture from the air. Close the bag tightly after each handful and they stay crisp for longer.
