Risotto night at home
About this pouch
Onion, leek, carrot and tomato simmered for hours with parsley and a bay leaf, then strained and reduced. It tastes clean and savoury, the kind of stock that disappears into a dish and makes it taste finished, and it's vegan. On risotto night at home, or when the lentils need more than water, it's the stock you never have to hand, in a pouch that keeps 24 months. Freeze-drying takes the last of the water and leaves the flavour. A cup is 10 g and 250 ml of hot water; for cooking, make it twice as strong.
